What to Expect.

One Free Discovery Call is provided per client. During the call, we will discuss objectives to be achieved through coaching and agree frequency, duration, format, either in-person or virtual. All information shared during this call and further coaching sessions remains confidential.

Before we begin working together, an email, containing a contract detailing the agreements made during the discovery call, payment details and responsibilities of both parties will be sent to you. Once you are happy to proceed, reply to the email and confirm your wish to proceed and state you have read and agreed to the terms. To secure your first appointment, please email the reply no later than 48 – hours before the first session commences.

Coaching sessions are 60 – minutes.

Payment.

All Payments will be made electronically – payment details will be included in the contract. Payment for the First and Last sessions must be made 48 – hours in advance of the first session. This payment is non-refundable. Cancelation of sessions must be made with at least 24 – hours notice – the link to reschedule or cancel an appointment is included in your booking confirmation email.
